No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"I purchased this for our 3 bed house. It was lightweight and had filters for pets. The suction is really good for the first room but then looses suction after that. The filters clog before the cylinder needs emptying, which need cleaning then have to dry before next use which is pointless and inconvenient when you want to clean the whole house in one go. This would be perfect for those in a flat/bungalow without pets."
