I would recommend this to a friend!
"Bought this TV to replace a 17" LCD TV that didn't live up to expectations. This 19" TV is smaller than the 17" TV it replaced and does live up to expectations. Slimline and light with stunning picture quality, ideal for a kitchen or bedroom."
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, slimline

Samsung says HD Tuner, but it does not have one. Do not Buy!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"After checking the Samsung website, I purchased this model LED TV. It says it has an HD tuner but does not. I have had it for a month now and screwed it to the wall, so its too late to have it exchanged for one with an HD tuner inside. Even the owners manual says it has a freeview HD tuner, and that it can receive non-subscription HD broadcasts. I have many Samsung items in my house, but this is disgusting. Do not buy!"
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, no hd tuner as listed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
