"bought this after my 10 year old whirlpool fridge/freezer finally stopped working mainly due to the compressor motor failing which kept everything cool bought this and i have been amazed at quality and features this samsung has offered from the ice/water to the inside its huge and takes a lot of food in both fridge/freezer and everyont im my family and friends all seem to like the apperance and style of the samsung and has really seemed to liven up my new kitchen to has become a bit like the 2nd show piece in my new kitchen as it accompanies my excellent LG F1479FDS5 washing machine with its LCD DISPLAY which matches the samsung fridge/freezers display a little bit and the colour of it alomost matches as this is my first samsung appliance i cannot compare to any other product from samsung. but all in all it is excellent in all features and design all in all excellent purchase wouldnt hesitate to buy again. :)"
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

Very mixed views on this product, I love its performance but hate the shelves, they crack and break

I would recommend this to a friend!
"The problem with this product is its expensive and the quality of the fittings are poor, one shelf cracked after 3 months and now nearly all are cracked. The panel behind the drinks dispenser is rusting which is odd as its supposed to be stainless steel. Having said that it functions really well and I love using it as I can fit so much in it. I now have to buy new shelves and contact Samsung re the rust."

Excellent - but where is the serial no?

"Technically, the product is excellent and good value for money BUT where is the serial number?? This is a small but critical piece of information required for guarantee, registration etc. Location is not given in delivered literature - as far as I can see. One picture on the web site is nothing like my model. Another picture (label at bottom of LHS panel is exactly like mine but instead of serial number on the label it says "Control Number (not serial number). A label saying S/N D97743CC400078 Y can be found in refrigerator compartment but number is rejected during online registration"
