Brilliant laptop, only let down by slow wifi connection.

I would recommend this to a friend!
"I was looking for an Intel CPU laptop with USB 3.0 and a HDMI out. This machine surpasses those requirements easily. The only complaint that I have (and it is an important failing) the WiFi connection speed to my router is 56 Mbits every other machine I have runs at 300 or 150 Mbits.
This causes slower internet speeds, it maybe a driver issue but one expects performance "out of the box"."

"This is a really great laptop computer. The sound from the speakers is the best I have ever experienced from a stand alone laptop computer. I bought mine with windows 7, but decided to upgrade to windows 8. However in doing so I lost the "Samsung easy settings" software which originally came with the computer. I am still searching for updated software to download. If anyone at Samsung know where I can find this, then please post an app update on your website.."

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"I love all things Samsung (mobiles, televisions, telephones) so I thought I couldn't go wrong buying a Samsung laptop.
Looking at it in the shop, it looked fabulous - really smart and modern.
However I had 2 problems with the laptop:
1. The left and right 'mouse' keys make a loud 'click' noise that was annoying everyone around me as I was trying to set the laptop up. Not necessarily a fault but something I've never experienced before on other laptops. Gives the laptop a really cheap feel.
2. The cursor kept getting 'stuck' on an icon and would only release when I pressed the Esc button.
I'll be returning this to the shop!!"
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
