No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"I have to buy a new toner every two reams of paper? The printer itself works great. Unfortunately the toner indicator light started blinking at around 900 pages - that's less than two reams of paper!!!! The toner has an internal electronic page counter and when it tells the printer to stop working there's no way around it - other than fork out nearly as much money as the printer cost to buy a new toner. You do the math..."
Pros: Inexpensive, small
Cons: very poor page yield
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
