Quality bit of kit, but lacking in areas

I would recommend this to a friend!
"In general I'm very happy with this bit of kit. The basics are simple enough to set up, and the sound quality is excellent.
I'm having major issues trying to get the CEC-Anytime+ working properly tho, and when it does it only switches off with the TV (a Samsung 7 series), not back on tho.
Using the optical cable is no better, as I still have to use the soundbar remote to control the volume. Whatever happened to compatibility between kit from the same manufacturer?"
Pros: great sound quality
Cons: incomplete compatibility even with other samsung
