A nice looking sound bar but suffers from sound drop out on the ARC from a Samsung TV

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"I bought this sound bar as a partner to a Samsung 37ES5500.
Sound quality is good for a unit with built in base unit and there are lots of adjustments to get the best out of it.
The only real disapointment was random but regular sound drop outs when used with the HDMI-ARC from the Samsung TV.
I purchased both the TV and Sound Bar from Samsung expecting that they would work perfectly together but they don't"

when used with my new samsung tv the hd channels had drops in sound every 2 minutes and have changed the tv and soundbar twice.HELP
