"As with any video camera you need to use a steady hand, people complain about poor quality video and bad autofocus, but it's usually because they wave a camera around? Someone else complained about battery life too? I got 1 hr 40 mins on test, which is better than many others on the market. I'm very happy with this compact and lightweight camcorder, especially considering the relatively low price. Video is sharp with good detail, even in the shadows, colours are good, operation very straightforward and menus easy to understand. Some manual control too, which I like. Time lapse as well. If you zoom right in to 56x you need to use a tripod, as you'd expect. In intelligent auto mode a chimpanzee could make a movie with this camera."

"This product has lot of great features. Its lightweight, a sleek black finish, easy to use etc. picture and video are clear with great color. the mic is also great for filming. I found that when I'm filming and i want to stop and not make a different video i just press the pause button on the side of the cam. I love this camera and you will to!"

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"I bought this camera and I find the focus is useless spicily when I used the zoom, but if you want to shoot a good quality film, this camera is not for you, the battery does't last more than an hour, otherwise its not bad for price."
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor camcorder
