Two major points that are simply not acceptable.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"1) Although you have a note pad, there is no pen to write on it! No one can use finger to write a note, especially in a templete with lines! The Galaxy Note provides a pen that is just fantastic. When will Samsung put one for the tablet on the market? I do not mean those ones that one can buy for any touch equipment, but one with a thin nib, like the galaxy note?
2) The features to organize applications are just appauling! In the samll tablet one annot creat folders, or new pages on the desktop, or drag and drop the applications into a folder. Just like you could on the previous model, and on the Galaxy II and Note! It is just annoying and uneceptable!
3) Where on the settings - I have tried everything - can you stop the screen from dimming when you are doing something like reading etc! Bloody annoying also!
4) As for the Galaxy Note, the handwriting on the messages etc must be improved a lot. To put commas and pontuaction is also very difficult whe you are writing on a flow. Also de recognition of letters.
5) Also very hard to find a file or downloaded attachement on the tablet and Note. Should be able to use any printer when connected to an USB adaptor.
These are the main complaints. I am sure Samsung can address them, since it is not only my opinion."

Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, do not have a proper thin pen for the pad, not able to organize folders, not able to print in any printer

Quick to get going and very easy to use

I would recommend this to a friend!
"Within no time I had the Tab up and running with all kinds of useful (and free Apps). I can now read my Kindle books (and in colour), view movies, keep my appointments up to date, read and send e-mails and much much more all with the same device. Access to the net is quick and easy to read."
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery life could be a little better
I would recommend this to a friend!
