"its excellent, the design and the features with it are supreme much better than my old iPhone, only criticism i have is that the battery life isn't fantastic but most smartphones these days have the same problems."

"I have to admit, I had a good old giggle when I saw the size of the phone, and I do feel like I am in a scetch show when answering it. However, this puts all other phones to shame and could beat any of the iPhones out there. I like that when i am sending a text i have the option of the qwerty keyboard, writing it with the s pen or using the voice talk option. The voice talk is by far the best I have used, and the only problem I had with it is that I have a really strong accent. The phone itself isnt overloaded with apps and icons that you wont use, and its nice to not have facebook preloaded for a change. The camera is as good as my digital camera I carry around, and I like the self potrait mode as it means I can get a photo quick and easy of my friends and i.
The option to end programmes on the task manager is also a bonus, and I like that you can monitor what apps are draining the battery and that you can turn off background data. The option to calibrate the screen is also an added bonus as it means the touch screen wont become frustrating to use after a few months.
The screen itself is lovely and bright, and i have found that the s pen works best in memos etc

"Having owned an iphone, and then discovering all the costs that go with it, I bought on impulse a Galaxy Note, and what an excellent product it is, unlike the iphone that runs apps and eats your data allowance you are fully in control with a Galaxy Note. Fantastic android apps for the note that were difficult to obtain from the Apple apps store. A busy social media person like me who needs social media for my own PR the note phone is the business, and I am fully in control of it's data usage, an outstanding product that certainly has the edge over it's rival well done Samsung. 1st class."

One day I showed my e-ticket to bus driver in this phone and he took it straight away in his hands and asking what is it... really amazing thing. I am also gonna buy. "I was travelling the metro in Hong Kong and saw may commuters with these large smart phones. At first I didn't know what there were, and I'd never heard of a Samsung Note (strange since I design mobile solutions for gaming industry for a living). A kind gentleman, upon asking, allowed me to have a look at his Samsung Note and I was just in awe. The video resolution, large screen, stylus and not to mention performance were incredible. I am not afraid to say that for years I've not been impressed with Samsung, especially pre Android days but I can say without doubt. The next day I went hunting around Hong Kong and purchased the white model. Its a fantastic device, I've got emails from multiple accounts and vendors all sync'd up. There's built in social integration for Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn etc. The handwriting recognition in English and (my rubbish quality) Chinese works really well. I can scribble a load of notes during a call or meeting and it can either scan as you write (can be slow) or you can have it scan the notes once you have finished.
Give me a Samsung Note over an iPhone or iPad anyn day of the week. I fact the Samsung Note has just retired my Gen 1 iPod Touch meaning I never have to look at iTunes again.
I recommend getting a class 10 SDHC 32GB card installed for the HD video recording.
Well done Samsung, and I look forward to the forthcoming Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich update"

"I've had my Galaxy Note for just over a month now and I still keep finding new things to do with it.
I'd been an avid follower of Samsung's biggest mobile competitor for 3 years and thought it was time to try something new.
Although I fell in love with it after seeing a demo, nearly everyone I asked advice from said the Galaxy Note was cute but too big and where on earth would I put it.
Well, after severe states of confusion and spending yet more time playing with it in a phone shop, I gave in.. This thing really does do everything and fast too. REALLY fast. And it's so light (looks heavy, I know). One moment of panic was when I thought I wouldn't be able to synch my iTunes folder to the Note - but found a way to do that too and no it didn't take all day :-)

I can't put the stylus down. You can do some seriously creative things with it, not just simply drawing. It's a little more clever than that.

"There are many great things about the Note. Within a week you get used to the size, it's really not that big to worry about. The battery life is over twice as good as my old iPhone 4s, the camera is better than I expected so I was loving the note. Now for the bad and they are all the same problems - software. 6 months after the release we are still using Gingerbread. Don't get me wrong it works, but hurry up. However the worst part of the phone and this would be the reason I would consider IOS is getting music onto the phone. It takes way too much time. This morning I wanted to put 1 track on - that's right 1 track(I had also failed yesterday morning to do this). The Kies software crashed all the time and far too often doesn't even see my Galaxy Note. Please sort out your software Samsung, it lets down a brilliant piece of hardware."
