"When I purchased this device, I wasn't obviously expecting a sophisticated device- it is a cheap phone that has what it says it does. After using it for more than a month I love what it has to offer, it's battery life beats most modern phones out there, partially because of the lack of features but then again, it is a basic phone... It is quite sturdy and feels like it can take a fair bit of abuse, the only thing I was disappointed by was the slight lag when texting at times and the noise the button makes, it feels really quite "plasticy" a bit cheap, I feel they could have slotted something better in for the same price."
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, slick design, battery life

"Display is small and white on black is sometimes difficult to see. Confusing use when changing case as numbers appear when you try to follow a sequence to change case. There does not seem to be a logical sequence in order to switch between upper and lower case. If message is written and not sent it disappears rather than is saved to drafts which happens with my other phone. Aprt from these niggles it is a good buy., particularlly as it comes unlocked which is an absolutely excellent feature"

"I bought one in London after arriving and discovering that my Quad band world phone wasn't.
I popped in my sim and used it for our three week vacation up the east coast of Scotland to the Orkneys.
At first I thought our weak reception and static were due to the phone's low price, then I found out that life up there is like that. People are used to wandering around town looking for a sweet spot."

"Anyone looking for a simple "phone" cell phone can't go wrong here-was looking for a second cell as backup to my smartphone and as a loan phone for guests (family and friends) visiting to avoid roaming. Saw this advertised as a prepaid offer and picked it up-made one international call and was impressed with the volume and clarity. Very simple to use compact and light the prefect choice in its category I highly recommend it!"

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Every time the keypad keeps locking and you have to unlock it. cant get rid of any passwords ive put in either. it wont reset to factory default."
