"I bought this smartphone, as I wanted Android phone with a QWERTY Keyboard and touchscreen. It was a reluctant purchase, as there is not much choice out there.
** Numeric Keypad **
Firstly no phone manucturer, is making phones with telephone keypads. Dont people use phone to make calls? Don't people dial numbers? In my case, many of the phone calls I make are to people who are not in my contact list. So having a traditoinal phone with numeric keypad is importand.

Whist this Samsung, has a QWERTY keyboard, but it is annoying for dialing numbers....
So basically, I want a phone which as BOTH, telephone keypad and a QWERTY keyboard. I think Samsung have a phone like this, but they only sell to the US market.
** Better Screen **
Secondly, the screen is too small, which is not so good for Internet browsing, Sat Nav or movie playing.

** Message Received light **
The screen tends to go black (power save), which is fine. But I wish there was a flashing light for txt messages. It is annoying having to check, especially as the screen save comes on."

"Overall it is a fair product for the price and does its job but it is definitely an entry level machine with good features, but also a few frustrating characteristics. The good side is that it does almost everything that I need it to do. The cons are that as follows: I find that often when using the function buttons, the button next to the intended button triggers, causing an unintended action which is highly frustrating. I also sometimes activate the on-off button on the side inadvertently, causing an undesirable event, such as exiting while composing a message. It won't update Google Maps because it says that the memory is insufficient, I don't have that many apps loaded. I've tried to free up memory but cannot find any instruction manual online. Sure I can hack my way through it but a detailed manual would be nice. I still haven't found out if the camera has a zoom but I suspect not. The screen is also a bit small, I have to wear my reading glasses for items that can't be enlarged. However, I do prefer Samsung and Android to the others so I will probably go for a higher level Samsung product when I upgrade."

"I use it a lot as music player and it's good. Fast, reliable and excellent sound ( depends on your earphone!!!).
One remark: too much apps from Samsung which you can't remove. Too small to view movies.
Nice menus and very fast phone.
