I would recommend this to a friend!
"Since I bought this hefty little beauty I have left my SLR in the cupboard. A well made large compact with excellent manual features, fast lens and good display. Barrel distortion on the wide end of the lens is annoying but just be careful where you point it. Battery life could be longer, but charge every night and you will have plenty of power. The only negative issue I have had is a need to reset the software from time to time when focus goeth haywire or the camera locks up."
Pros: Durable, intuitive
Cons: mediocre video
