I would recommend this to a friend!
"Im glad i went for this machine, i find it elegant, print-out fantastic (I made sure to buy some quality paper for my first few prints at least!). A solid piece of machinery (but not so heavy as cant be carried easily). Yes, the paper tray juts out but this of no concern to me personally.
Had to fiddle around a bit concerning wi-fi, but i used the cd, my advice to anyone reading this would be to just download the LATEST drivers and wi-fi set-up manager from support on here.
Basically, i connected with usb first then ran the wifi manager and it asked for my usual router wi-fi password etc etc, so no big deal, then disconnected usb as per instructed, and it all went smoothly.
I find the quality (of the test print) remarkable, I also printed out a photoshop project WITHOUT messing around with colour settings and the result would be VERY acceptable professionally for quality letterheads or really whatever you may need it for. Even by this standard, i can tell a photo print would be absolutely fine.
I researched this item thoroughly & am glad I did! took note of the negative reviews and decided to chance it, the price was knock-down, am thoroughly glad I invested in a laser over inkjet, for my purposes anyway.
So, the long and short of it, I would recommend this printer as my number one.
For this price I am pretty much amazed, and im pretty good with my tech..... Hope this is useful for anyone on the edge of deciding.
And yes, the toners are expensive, but for this quality and the amount of time i'll need to replace them, im happy.
Anyways, cost-savings can be found if anyone wants to bother checking them out, just Google....!

"This is the best colour printer I could have brought. Would have liked it to have had AirPrint capability but it does have Goggle Cloud Print. Cost a bit more than my last inkjet printer but the print results are 100% better."
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: no airprint

"I have been frustrated even by so called 'professional/workgroup' inkjets with jet blockage image smudging and excessive ink usage, so I bought one of these and I'm delighted. Works brilliantly straight from the box with both my macs and PCs. A breeze to set up and a doddle to use!"
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: looks a bit boxy, could do with a bigger or additional input tray

"Was dissappointed that was told it would print 1200 colour copies on A4 - set it all up from new, start to print - do 80 copies and it says out of colour toners and only 33% black - find out that as it comes supplied the toners are only good for 100 copies and oyu have to buy full cartridges"
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
