"Pluses:
1. Printer works well.
2. Very quite design.
3. Size is small, which means it fits into almost any cabinet or bookcase (for home office use)
4. Color quality is quite good.

Minuses:
1. The paper tray is a bit wonky and really has no need for sticking out so far. If you depress the tab you can push it in a bit further with no degradation in printing.
2. Ink doesn't last too long, but use monochrome unless you need color to keep the costs down.
3. Wireless printing is not native iOS compatible, requiring users to download a separate Samsung mobile print iPhone app. The app works ok, but is slow and requires extra steps. You must open the app and then find the picture or url you want to print, meaning if you just stumble across something you want to print you can't unless you take some very deliberate and extra steps. Too bad it can't airprint simply."

Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, small size
Cons: ink goes quickly, wireless printing not ios capable

Paper Jam error but NO paper jam!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"When I bought this printer I LOVED it. Its not the prettiest but it did a great job and the wireless feature is amazing. But after 4 months I'm constantly getting a "Paper Jam" error and there is no paper jammed. I took it all apart and there was nothing. Then suddenly out of nowhere it started working again. If you're looking for a reliable product don't buy this printer."
Pros: wireless
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations, paper jam

Paper Jam Error Message

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Excessive paper jam messages. Prints page one and then the message of paper jam in exit area always displays for each print request. There is never actual paper jammed and for each page to print I would need to open both doors to clear the message. Quality of printing is good but the paper jam message is very frustrating. Will be returning the printer as I have only had it a few weeks."
